Hunterdon County Agriculture Board Dinner

We had the pleasure of presenting at the annual Hunterdon County Agriculture board meeting on the importance of Pollinators and Farming.

We shared insights about honey bees and pollinators and how they are important to our food chain.  We touched upon the plight of honey bees and how changing and adopting some different farming practices could improve matters.  Pollinators rows, differing pesticide recommendations, and awareness were key to what we shared.

We enjoyed a nice dinner, made some new friends, and even got to talk to some beekeepers from the audience.  It was a win-win session and something we hope to do more of in the future.
