Lambertville Station Honey Mustard Recipe

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup spanish onion
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 ounces honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 ounces vegetable oil, canola
  1. Puree the onion and chop the parsley to prep.
  2. Mix all ingredients except oil and parsley
  3. Whisk ingredients and incorporate oil in a steady stream until blended.
  4. Add parsley to finish. Refrigerate.
